We are excited to present you all one of our most favorite clients and home renovation projects.
We met on the site around 8 month ago and started to get some ideas together of how to transfer the home to a very welcoming and warm space. And the priority is to have an open concept and maximize the living space. 
At the kitchen, we removed two walls that divided the space into isolated kitchen and living areas. Both the home owner and us are pleased by the result.

The highlight of the project is to convert the existing garage into a master bath and walk-in closet. And to meet the city planning parking requirement, we built a carport in the front, which turns out to be a pleasant solution.
